Mālama Wao Akua

Betty Hay was very excited to find out her painting in Mālama Wao Akua exhibit was selected for a recognition award by Hawaii State Foundation for the Culture and Arts. Mālama Wao Akua (Realm of the Gods) is a juried art exhibition celebrating native species of Maui Nui. The exhibit is a benefit of The East Maui Watershed Partnership (EMWP). This year the exhibit is on view at the Hui Noʻeau Visual Arts Center until October 30th. The focus of the show is to raise awareness about native species on Maui Nui.
