21ST ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS FESTIVAL THE RITZ-CARLTON, KAPALUA March 29 & 30, 2013 The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua will convene Hawaii’s most reputable artisans, educators, cultural practitioners, speakers and entertainers, March 29-30, during the 21st Annual Celebration of the Arts.
